The Ethel LeFrak Holocaust Education Conference Proceedings
The Center publishes conference proceedings following each of its conferences. In 2008, Mrs. Ethel LeFrak, a noted New York philanthropist, created The Ethel LeFrak Holocaust Education Conference Endowment Fund, which underwrites the publication of The Ethel LeFrak Holocaust Education Conference Proceedings. Copies of the proceedings are available for purchase by contacting ncche@setonhill.edu.

The Eva Fleischner Oral History Project
The Eva Fleischner Oral History project is funded through the generosity of Hans and Leslie Fleischner, the brother and sister-in-law of the late Eva Fleischner, a noted Holocaust scholar, and aims to provide K-12 educators with the video testimony of local Holocaust survivors as they teach future generations about the atrocities of the Shoah. The videos are available for viewing through the NCCHE's YouTube Channel.
The following survivors have been interviewed and their videos are available for viewing:
- Albert Farhy
- Solange Lebovitz
- Sam Shear
- Oscar Singer
- Irene Skolnick
- Moshe Baran
- Ruth Drescher
- Judah Samet
In addition to the videos, the NCCHE has also developed high school-level lesson plans to go along with each video that is produced. To access these lesson plans, please click here.
