CHS Employee Discounts
Special Pricing & Discounts for Online Bachelor's Degrees, Graduate Degrees & Certificates
Seton Hill and Conemaugh Health System are working together to support CHS employees taking courses at Seton Hill. CHS employees enrolling in courses through Seton Hill's Online Bachelor's Degree and Certificates Program or Graduate Studies Programs are eligible for discounted tuition. These discounts are available to new students beginning with the fall 2023 semester.
To be eligible for any of these discounts, CHS employees must:
- Meet all Seton Hill admissions and eligibility requirements.
- Continue to be employed by CHS.

Online Bachelor's Degrees & Certificates Program Discounts
CHS employees will benefit from a special reduced tuition cost of $175 per credit for courses taken through Seton Hill's Online Bachelor's Degree and Certificates Program.
How to Register for the Online Bachelor's & Certificates Discount Each Semester
To take advantage of these discounts, CHS employees must login into their CHS employee portal and provide the Seton Hill Graduate and Online Studies Office with a copy of their employee information that:
- Verifies employment with CHS.
- Indicates full-time or part-time employment status.
This must be done every semester.

Graduate Program Discounts
CHS employees enrolling in eligible graduate programs or certificates are eligible for a 15% tuition discount. (Programs currently not eligible for this discount: Physician Assistant M.S., Writing Popular Fiction M.F.A., Physical Therapy DPT, Art Therapy M.A.)
How to Register for the Graduate Program Discount Each Semester
To take advantage of this discount, CHS employees must:
- Login into their CHS employee portal, access a letter that will indicate their status as an employee, and send it to Seton Hill's Office of Student Accounts.
- Complete and submit a Seton Hill Employer Verification Form to Seton Hill's Office of Graduate & Online Studies.
This must be done every semester.
