Why Choose Seton Hill for Your Cybersecurity Bachelor's?

Two Areas of Specialization

All cybersecurity majors complete a shared foundational sequence in programming, systems, networking, and cybersecurity during the first two years. This common core ensures that every graduate possesses a strong grounding in computing fundamentals, operating systems, networks, and security principles. Then, in the junior year, students progress into advanced coursework in one of two tracks:

  • Network and Cloud Security Track emphasizes network defense, cloud and virtualized environments, secure systems design, cryptography and incident response.
  • Cyber Risk and Policy Track emphasizes cybersecurity governance, risk assessment, secure programming, operating systems and network security.
