Julie Claycomb does not teach in a traditional K-12 classroom, but leading corporate training efforts has always been a part of her professional roles. Currently, Julie creates educational materials and trains sales teams and support staff at Kennametal, a world leader in the metalworking industry. Seton Hill’s online Master of Education in Innovative Instruction is helping Julie discover new ways to develop more engaging training programs in a variety of delivery styles.
