In His Own Words: Prepared to Be A Successful Musician
“My achievements as an organist and church musician can be attributed to my studies at Seton Hill University. The Seton Hill degree in sacred music has prepared me to be a successful musician, a spiritual leader and an organized administrator. I am able to direct choirs, lead instrumentalists, plan liturgies and manage the business functions of a parish music ministry. It is because of this extensive and thorough training that I was accepted into graduate school immediately following my studies at Seton Hill and that I was recently appointed director of music at Saint Bernard Parish in Mount Lebanon, Pa., a large Roman Catholic Parish in western, Pa. I am forever indebted to the faculty and staff of Seton Hill for my education.”
Albert Bowers graduated from Seton Hill in 2011 with a Bachelor of Music in sacred music.
