In Her Own Words: Queen’s University Belfast Awards Full Scholarship to Criminal Justice Alumna
“When I first came to Seton Hill University, I didn't know exactly what to dedicate my life to after graduation. But four years and three majors later, I finally know what I want to do - be a researcher. My time as a Griffin not only helped me grow as a person, but it also prepared me for my endeavors as a graduate student and my future as an employee. The Criminal Justice program is definitely designed to provide students with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed. My years as a CJ major combined with the wonderful guidance from professors and instructors have had an amazing impact on my future. Not only was I accepted to the top three research graduate universities in the world, but I was also offered a full tuition scholarship at Queen's University Belfast. Thanks to the intellectually challenging classes and vigorous coursework, I was prepared to take on a master's degree within a year and graduate with commendation.”
