Article Discusses Interactions Between Common Spices & Medication
Alumna Kerry Neville '86, a registered dietitian, and dietetics student Mary Ecker ’16, collaborated on an article that appeared in Food & Nutrition Magazine, a publication of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The article, “Not Always Better Together: Herbs, Spices and Medication Interactions,” discusses interactions between common herbs and spices and certain medications.
