Seton Hill Students Design Fashion for Museum Event
Inspired by pieces of art displayed at The Westmoreland Museum of American Art, 20 Seton Hill students created fashion for the recent Art as Fashion event at the museum.
Under the guidance of Susan O’Neill, Seton Hill theatre instructor and costume designer, the students spent the semester creating a piece of fashion that reflected a painting or sculpture found in the museum. Students modeled their fashion at the event and the pieces were displayed at the museum.
A Tribune-Review story about the project can be found here. Coverage of the Art as Fashion event, including photos of Seton Hill students modeling the fashions, can be found here.
