Research Shows STAR Having an Impact on Students
A survey taken by Seton Hill students as freshmen and then again as seniors showed “significant differences between students who took part in at least one STAR activity and those who didn’t participate.” Associate Professor of Sociology Susan Eichenberger, Ph.D., and Associate Professor of Criminal Justice Sarah Livsey, Ph.D., shared this research as part of a presentation on the STAR Project at Columbia University’s Teachers College Winter Roundtable in February 2015.
The STAR Project is a collaboration between Seton Hill University and the Blackburn Center Against Domestic and Sexual Violence.
