The Griffin volleyball team has opened its season with four straight victories at the Fairmont State Falcon Fest.  After going 2-0 on Friday, the Griffins followed with two more victories on Saturday afternoon.  SHU opened the day with a 3-0 victory over Ursuline.  The Griffins took the first game 25-20 and followed that with a 25-11 victory and closed out the match with a 25-21 victory.  The Griffins then battled the host team Fairmont State to close out the tourney.  SHU recorded a 3-0 victory over the Falcons as well.  The Griffins won the games by the score of 25-13, 25-16 and 26-24.  SHU will travel to the Lynn University Tournament next weekend.
