The Griffin wrestling team took part in the Laker Open hosted by Mercyhurst on Saturday.  Seton Hill had two second place, one third place and one fifth place finish on the afternoon.  AJ Fisher finished second in the 141 pound weight class.  He suffered a small injury in the semifinal and was not able to wrestle in the finals.  AJ recorded two pins and a major decision to advance to the finals.  Randall Wagner was fifth in the 165 pound weight class.  He picked up an 8-6 win in his first match before falling into the losers bracket and fought his way back for a fifth place finish.  Dylan Bushby fought back through the losers bracket for a third place finish at 184.  He recorded a pinfall in his first match before falling by a decision to drop.  Dylan then won four straight matches to earn the third place finish.  Edwin Callender recorded a win in his first match before a small injury prevented him from wrestling in the finals.  He earned the team's second second place finish.  The Griffins will return to the mat when they host PSU-Greater Allegheny on November 29th.
