After one day of the Sally Carroll Open, the Griffin golf teams sits in second place.  Seton Hill shot a total of 339 at Hannastown GC on Sunday afternoon.  The Griffins are 9 shots behind first place Wheeling Jesuit.  Julie Hirauk of WJU shot the low round of the day with a 77.  WJU also had the next two best scores as well.  Chelsea Sipes and Nina Gonzalez each shot 84 which tied them both for fourth place.  Brianna Bush was one shot behind at 85, which was tied for seventh.  Morgan Miller shot 86 which was tied for ninth and Ashley Ward rounded out the Griffins top five with a 93.  The two day event will conclude on Monday with a 10 AM shotgun start.
