The Griffin football team dropped its sixth straight contest to open the season after falling to Charleston on the road on Saturday afternoon.  Charleston was able to pull away in the second half for a 30-13 victory.  With the loss, the Griffins fall to 0-6 overall and 0-4 in WVIAC play.
