I am an Adjunct Instructor in the MBA Department. I teach online as I have now lived in Round Rock TX since 2017. I have been teaching in higher education for over ten years at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. I teach primarily in the field of accounting. I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Pennsylvania. I also am a Certified Information Technology Professional and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Prior to my teaching career, I worked in several different positions. I have 30+ years of business management experience including 16 years auditing and consulting experience as well as Controller, CFO and CEO positions As part of my CFO and CEO experience, I have managed IT, HR, Procurement and Contract functions for large and mid-size companies. I have served as a board member for both profit and non-profit organizations. I have a BS in BA degree with a concentration in Accounting and Economics from Youngstown State University. In addition, I have completed an entire MBA certification in 1 course (49 Hours)
